Shipping Information

  • Please allow three weeks for the crafting of your custom frame order.
  • Shipping costs are determined once the order is boxed and weighed for shipment.
  • A crating charge will be added to all invoices.
  • All orders are shipped either UPS or FedEx unless they exceed size restrictions.
  • Items too large for UPS/FedEx will be sent by truck (FOB Chicag0), freight charge collect.

Information Regarding Claims of Loss or Damage

  • Inspect the carton for any visible damage before signing for a shipment.
  • Note any damage to the carton(s) on all copies of the shipping receipt.
  • Inspect the contents immediately for any damage.
  • Notify us within three business days of receiving damaged merchandise, and we will instruct you on the next step.
  • Please retain all packing materials and product. The shipper will require evidence of the damage in order to pay any claim.
  • Please do not return any damaged merchandise to us without prior authorization.
